Overview

Trade is an AI-powered peer-to-peer marketplace built into the AssistMe web dashboard. You can buy and sell items through natural-language conversations with AI assistants that handle product listing and order matching.

Tabs

The Trade section is organized into five tabs:

Browse Products

Browse all active listings in a searchable grid. Each listing shows:

• Title, price, and description
• Category and condition badges
• Stock count and location

Use the search bar to find specific items.

AI Shopping (Buyer Chat)

A conversational buying experience:

1. Describe what you're looking for in natural language
2. The AI searches for matching products and shows results as cards
3. Review matches and choose the one you want
4. Place an order through the chat — the AI handles the details
5. See an order confirmation on success

AI Listing (Seller Chat)

A conversational selling experience:

1. Describe what you're selling in natural language
2. The AI extracts details (title, price, category, condition, etc.) from your description
3. Review the listing the AI creates
4. Confirm to publish — your item goes live in the marketplace
5. Tap "List Another" to add more items

My Products

A table view of all your listings showing:

• Title, category, price, stock count
• Status (active, sold, etc.)
• Date created

Orders

Toggle between two views:

As Buyer — Orders you've placed:

• Product, quantity, total price, status, date
• You can Cancel pending orders

As Seller — Orders received for your products:

• Product, quantity, total, buyer note, AI match score, date
• You can Confirm or Reject pending orders
• Complete confirmed orders when fulfilled
